Found the floor under the counter tops and cooking equipment with accumulation of debris. To correct thoroughly clean floors and keep clean.

Found the dishwashing machine not working. Pic states dishwashing machine parts are on order and will be repaired soon. To correct repair dishwashing machine as soon as possible, and use the 3 compartment sink to wash, rinse and sanitize dishes.

Found no handwashing signs in the ladies and mens public restrooms. To correct provide signs reminding employees/food handlers to wash hands.

Some cups and water pitcher stored under/near soap dispenser at handwash sink in dining area. Please discontinue storing any items under/near soap dispenser to prevent potential contamination. Consider relocating the soap dispenser directly over the handwash sink

Light fixture not covered in rear storage room near chest freezer. Please provide cover for light fixture or light shields with properly installed end caps to protect the light bulbs

Observed two aluminum foil full pans and +/-5 aluminum foil full pan covers in the pantry storage room that were saved after their initial use. These items are not smooth and easily cleanable and must not be re-used. The above items were placed in a container for metal items to be recycled. In the future, ensure these aluminum foil items are discarded or recycled after use or utilize multi-use stainless steel food pans that can be properly cleaned

Observed numerous single service items (paper plates, styrofoam bowls/cups, etc. ) in the back storage room (the one with the hot water heater) to be exposed to misc. Contamination. Please either keep these items inverted or stored in a plastic bag or storage tub

Store raw foods so that they are not above or in close proximity to ready to eat foods to minimize potential for contamination of those foods. Corrected by reorganizing cooler and placing the raw shell eggs on the bottom shelf away from rte foods so that they cannot contaminate those foods.

The wall and floor under the handsink by the grease trap need cleaning. Clean now and place on a more frequent cleaning schedule.
