(Critical) Half and half found at improper temperature in true 3 door reach-in-cooler. Potentially hazardous food shall maintain at 41°F or below or 135°F or above. Temporarily corrected at time of inspection by discarding half and half found at 47°F. Per pic thermostat was recently replaced in this unit; adjusted unit down slightly at time of inspection. Please use your food thermometer to assure food is maintaining at 41°F or below. The only potentially hazardous food observed at time of this inspection is the half and half in the ric and wic. ,

(Critical) (1) no paper towels at bar handwash sink closest to entrance and (2) paper towels not dispensing easily from the paper towel dispenser at handwash sink closest to wic. Please provide paper towels at all times in paper towel dispensers that easily dispense. Partially corrected by providing stack of paper towels close to bar handwash sink. Will need to reinstall the paper towel dispenser at far end of bar so the dispensing handle is not jammed against wall. ,

True 3 door reach-in-cooler not maintaining food at proper temperature. Refrigeration shall be capable of maintaining food at 41°F or below. This unit is ordered out of service for the storage of phf until it is capable of maintaining food at 41°F or below. The remaining half and half stored in the walk-in-cooler maintaining at 40°F at time of this inspection
