(Critical) Person in charge not familiar with employee health reporting requirements. Critical corrected: at time of inspection discussed employee health reporting requirements and reportable symptons. Provided copy of employee health poster; pic will discuss with all employees

Some glassware found stacked wet after washing. Please spread out wet glassware on available racks to properly air dry before stacking

These areas in need of cleaning: floors under ice machine, interior floor drains at both bars, end of drain lines for all ice bins and ice machine, floors under both bars and basement floors especially near washing machine and bulk pop storage. Please clean now and place on routine cleaning schedule

Please re-establish air gaps at rear bar ice bins; currently air breaks for both of them. The air gap shall be twice the pipe diameter above the flood rim of the drain. Consider using rigid pvc pipe instead of flexible line with brackets

Please provide handwash signs notifying food employees to wash their hands at handwash sinks in restrooms

Please provide light bulb with light shield for beer walk-in-cooler in basement to provide adequate lighting

Please provide paper towel dispensers that properly fit the paper towels for easier dispensing at both bar handwash sinks

(Critical) These areas in need of cleaning: interior ice bins front bar ( found pieces of glass in one), interior upstairs ice machine and some pop gun nozzles. Food-contact sufaces shall be clean to sight and touch. Not corrected. Please stress to your bartenders they cannot use glasses to dispense ice. Pop guns soaking at time of inspection; this does not clean the face of the pop gun where the mold builds up. The area where the pop dispenses (face of the gun) must be cleaned on a regular basis

(Critical) Chemicals stored improperly downstairs storage area. Chemicals shall be stored below and away from any food, clean equipment and utensils, single-service items and clean linens. Critical corrected: at time of inspection relocated chemicals below and away from other items in dry storage

Hot water pressure insufficient at rear bar 4-compartment sink both hot water control devices. Please provide hot water at adequate pressure

No toilet tissue in men's public/employee restroom and dressing room restrooms rear section of bar. Please provide toilet tissue in a secure dispenser for each stall

Invert ice transfer buckets when not in use

(Critical) Please provide proper air gap for ice machine drain lines in basement, currently air break. Air gap shall be twice the pipe diameter above the flood rim of the drain. Ice bins front counter will need to have separate air-gapped drain lines from 3-compartment sink. Currently ice bins (4 of them) tied into same drain line as 3-comp sink. Would be easiest to air gap them directly under each ice bin. Air gap shall be twice the pipe diameter above the flood rim of the receiving receptacle. Not corrected
