(Critical) No chlorine test papers on site. You need to keep them stocked and used to determine your sanitizer is at proper levels throughout the day. Purchase within 10 days and send me a picture to my e-mail for correction of this.

(Critical) The hot water tank pilot light is not staying lit, and i found hot water temp at 90*f. You must have this water tank inspected and repaired by a licensed plumber within 10 days. Have them write up a detailed reciept of what they repaired. Save a copy for me. I will be back for re-inspection in 3 weeks.

(Critical) Your date marking system is not in compliance. I found uncut portions of ham, cole slaw, house made ranch dressing(bulk), and a white sauce that was not date marked. You need to be sure you post 7 day max use by dates on all potentially hazardous, ready to eat foods. (add 6 days to day of prep/open). I will be back in 3 weeks to verify you have a consistent date marking system in place.

Tomatoes and green peppers were found stored on the floor in the walk in cooler. You need to have enough shelving and space to store your foods off the floor on shelving.

Within 3 weeks you need to repair the latch on the walk in cooler door so it automatically closes tightly. I will be back to verify this.

A box of to go containers/lids were found stored on the floor. Keep on shelves at least 6" off the floor.

When working with food, staff need to be weariong some form of hair restaints(hat, hairnet, etc).

The pizza oven filters and area around the filters are dirty/dusty. You need to clean these areas more often to preclude the build-up of dust.

Repair the leak in the sewer line coming out of the 3 compartment sink.

Your store needs to be better organized and then kept that way. If you have personal foods, etc, place in covered plastic container and label "personal use" and store in area away from foods or foood contact items.
