(Critical) At customer service line observed the following foods on display without protection: 1. Salsa 2. Shredded cheese 3. Strawberry topping 4. Apples correct by installing proper protection for the listed items

(Critical) At customer service line observed the following cold holding food/temperature combination: commercially prepared shell off hard boiled eggs at 58 degrees f. The eggs had been on display since open at 7 am. The eggs are in a covered display unit with an ice tray below. However, the ice was melted. Pic corrected by discarding the eggs. Phf must be maintained at 41 degrees f or below at all times. Mechanical refrigeration may be needed.

Observed cardboard cases of single service cups, bowls, plates, and silverware stored on the floor in the storage room. Correct by storing these items at least six inches above the floor.

(Critical) At the three compartment sink observed a direct connection between the sink drain line and the sewer. Correct by providing an air gap, equal to two pipe diameters of the drain line of the equipment, above the drain the equipment drains into. A larger pipe may need to be installed to prevent wastewater from spilling out of receiving drain during use. A followup inspection will be performed within 10 days
