(Critical) I found several containers of milk at a temperature of sixty degrees f. As discussed, potentially hazardous food (phf) requiring cold holding must be stored at a temperature of 41 degrees f. Or below. Immediately discontinue using this refrigerator until it can maintain a constant temperature of 41 degrees f. Or below. Corrected at the time of inspection. All the containers of milk have been discarded. A new refrigerator is available for immediate use. This unit is at 41 degrees f. Use the new unit for storage of phf's
The storage cabinets in the kitchen need to be cleaned, especially the bottoms. Clean non-food contact surfaces frequently to maintain a high level of sanitation.
(Critical) The third compartment of the three compartment sink, does not contain quat. Sanitizer at 200 parts per million as is required, for proper sanitizing of utensils. The quat. Storage container is empty. Staff must use their sanitizer test strips and check sanitizer levels to ensure that there is quat. Sanitizer actually being dispensed. Unsanitized utensils will transfer harmful bacteria. Always ensure that proper washing, rinsing and sanitizing is happening. Corrected at the time of inspection. A new full container of quat. Sanitizer has been installed.
Observed mop bucket stored in front of handsink in 3 compt sink area and a prep cart stored in front of handsink in prep area. All handsinks must be fully accessible at all times for proper employee handwashing. Do not store items in or in front of any handsink
Observed missing lid on trash dumpster on outside of building. To correct, please replace missing dumpster lid as soon as possible to prevent entry of unwanted pests and insects
