(Critical) Found time/temperature control for safety (tcs) food, meatballs 123°F in the top shelf of the hot holding unit. Pic corrected by dividing pan into 2 pans, raise temperature of hot holding unit to 250°F to reheat meatballs to 165°F for 15 seconds.
Found the quat sanitizer dispenser not working and staff are manually mixing sanitizer. To correct repair quat sanitizer dispenser to function properly.

Found the door handles of the cabinets behind the steam table broken. Found the door gaskets of the product chest cooler in the lunch room dining area loose. To correct repair/replace door handles of cabinet and door gaskets of cooler.

Pic has been instructed to review receiving and hot holding procedures, that is to take hot holding temperatures upon receipt of delivery, and to maintain hot holding temperatures of 135°F or above.

Found the bottom of the right milk cooler in the dining room service line with pooling water and accumulation. Found the interior of the microwave oven in the dining room service line soiled. To correct clean as soon as possible, and clean on a more frequent schedule.
