(Critical) Found time/temperature control for safety (tcs) food, cheese 47°F, diced tomatoes 44°F and corn mix 46 d in the top portion of the 2 door prep top cooler. Pic corrected by discarding tcs food, and has been instructed to monitor and ensure tcs food is held at 41°F. And to evaluate if pans need to be changed. Note: the pans used to hold hot and cold tcs food in this facility were thick and possibly not suited for use in the steam table and prep top cooler as metal pans conduct heat better and keep foods at proper temperature more easily. ,

Found facility using coke beverage carrying trays as storage bins for utensils. To correct replace carrying trays with commercial food grade storage trays.

Found the floor under the pop machine cabinet soiled with accumulation of debris. To correct clean floor and clean as needed.

Found the lights above the front counter prep area not shielded or shatter resistant. To correct either prove lights are shatter resistant or provide plastic tubs and caps for lights.
