Pic corrected by discarding cream cheese, and has been instructed not to use this cooler to hold tcs food, until repaired/replaced to hold tcs food at 41°F or lower. Note: this is not a repeated cold hold violation, as this is a different cooler. ,

Found the mop/cleaning tool rack on the wall, where cleaning tools are above and next to food utensil and food storage area. To correct relocate either cooler of mop/rack to protect food and food utensils from possible contamination from cleaning tools.

Found the bottom of the 1 door worktop cooler and the 1 door reach in cooler soiled with accumulation. To correct clean as soon as possible, and clean on a more frequent schedule.

Found a nonworking thermometer in the 1 door worktop cooler. To correct provide a working thermometer for cooler

Found the 1 door worktop cooler in the back kitchen area not holding tcs food at 41°F. To correct repair/replace cooler to hold tcs food at 41°F or lower. Found the paper towel dispenser in the back kitchen area not dispensing paper towels. To correct repair paper towel dispenser. Found the cabinet door under the handsink in the self service area not secured to cabinet. To correct repair cabinet door.

Found the carpeted floor in the storage room soiled with accumulation. Found the ceiling air vent in the storage room soiled with dusty build up. To correct clean floor and air vent in the storage room.

Found 2 door sliding glass cooler not holding tcs food at 41°F. To correct repair/replace cooler to hold tcs food at 41°F or lower. Found 2 electronic paper towel dispensers not dispensing paper towels. To correct repair paper towel dispensers to dispense paper towels.

(Critical) Sanitizer in the two wiping cloth buckets: 1) one was observed to be +/-100 ppm, and 2) the other one was mixed too strong +/-400 ppm. Replace these solutions with 200 ppm quat sanitizer

(Critical) Observed phfs (meats, cheese, milk, soup, etc. ) in the true and traulsen one door upright cooler in the back room to be maintaining foods at 45 to 47f. The true cooler was adjusted to a colder setting during the inspection. Monitor these units to ensure them maintain foods at 41f or colder

Observed dust accumulation on the condensing coils of the true and traulsen one door upright coolers in the back room. Have these coils cleaned and adjusted as needed to maintain 41f or below

Observed the wet mop head resting in the bottom of the mop bucket. Please hang the mop head (away from food/equipment) to facilitate quicker drying
