There is currently not a certified food safety manager. The previous certified food safety manager's certificate has expired. It is the understanding of this dept. That another member will become certified in the next couple of weeks and is already registered for the serv safe class. Fax to perri boman at 734 222-3930 once the certificate is available.

(Critical) The ice machine was moved to the other side of the handsink and the water supply line is not approved. A garden hose and another unapproved hose was used instead of the approved plumbing supply lines. Replace with approved plumbing lines
(Critical) Raw shell eggs found next to ready to eat foods including bread in the walk in cooler and found on top of the beer cooler inside the walk in cooler next to the condiments. Keep raw eggs stored so that they are not above or in close proximity to ready to eat foods. Corrected by relocating raw shell eggs to the bottom shelf in the walk in cooler away from ready to eat foods.

The drainlines for the ice machine have fallen down into the receiving sewer receptacle after relocation of the ice machine. Reclamp and secure so that the drainlines are airgapped above the top rim of the receiving sewer receptacle.

The walk in cooler was found to have an ambient air temperature of 50 degrees f. Non potentially hazardous foods at 47 - 48 degrees f were noted. Unit needs adjustment to hold ph foods at 41 degrees f or below. Noteh: at the time of inspection there was not any potentially hazarous foods in this unit. Adjust unit immediately to have an ambient air temperature of 36 - 38 degrees f. Once adjusted it will be able to hold ph foods in this unit.
Domestic fryer and crock pot and enamelware are not approved for use in a food service establishment. The domestic fryer is unvented and must be removed. Correct by removing crock, pot and enamalware and fryer.
The handsink drainline with airgap to the sewer system was slightly plugged "slow". Unplug for proper sewer flow. Corrected by unplugging drain at time of inspection.
The interior of the microwave needs cleaning. Clean now and place on amore frequent cleaning schedule.
Enamelware is in use in the facility. Enamelware is prohibited to be used. Remove from the food service establishment immediately. Provide approved stainless containers, roasters, etc.
The shelves in the walk in cooler need cleaning. The interior of the upright freezer needs cleaning. Clean now and place on a more frequent cleaning schedule.
The drainline for the furnace needs to be permanently repaired to be airgapped above the receiving sewer receptacle. It has fallen down into the sewer receptacle and needs to be secured or cut to prevent potential for sewage to be backed up.
