(Critical) Observed no paper towels at handsink in cooking area of kitchen (dispenser empty). All handsinks must be supplied with soap and paper towels at all times for proper employee handwashing. Pic corrected by refilling paper towel dispenser at time of inspection. Violation corrected

(Critical) Custodial staff and lunchroom supervisor need to be verifying sanitizer concentration in lunchroom wiping cloth bucket with test strips more often. Corrected by educating staff on proper sanitizer levels and test strip usage (including test strip location in kitchen) at time of inspection. Violation corrected

(Critical) Observed sanitizer bucket in lunchroom (used to wipe down kids lunch tables) at a concentration of 1000+ of quat. Please remember that ammonia based sanitizers can become toxic at excessive levels. To correct, all wiping cloth buckets must be mixed as per manufacturers directions (200ppm) and verified with proper test strips as needed. Custodian corrected by remixing sanitizer bucket to 200ppm of quat a time of inspection. Violation corrected

(Critical) Observed a pressurized chemical container directly connected to sidekick valve (downstream from bell type anti siphon vacuum breaker) in mop sink in the janitors closet creating a possible cross connection to the municipal water supply. Cannot have a pressurized connection downstream of non-pressurized vacuum breaker. Custodian corrected by removing chemical container connection at time of inspection. Violation corrected.

Observed extension cords, broken equipment and old computer hardware on shelves in dry storage room. To correct, please remove all unnecessary items and clutter from dry storage room as soon as possible.

All can openers must be washed, rinsed and sanitized every 24 hours and must be clean to sight and touch. The temperature of the wash solution in manual warewashing sinks shall be maintained at not less than 110f. To correct, please raise hot water temperature as soon as possible.
