(1) refrigeration door gasket front counter reach-in-cooler split. (2) bottom section door gasket lockwood hot holding cabinet in poor repair. Please replace door gaskets to provide good seal and so smooth and easily cleanable.

Once replaced please replace ceiling tiles. Per pic the leaks are from the roof, through the second floor apartments into their establishment. Landlord has placed containers to catch the water in the apartments over the years

Owner will set up permanent dented can storage area. Provided owner with copy of dented can poster to help determine which cans should be returned. Bottom light shield missing a section in display cabinet. Please replace to properly protect the light bulb
(Critical) Cooked chicken found at improper temperature in pan stacked on top of another pan on top of prep unit. Critical corrected: at time of inspection discarded cooked chicken found at 54°F. Remaining food items top and bottom of unit maintaining <41°F. Please discontinue double stacking on top of the prep unit.
These areas in need of cleaning: storage shelf next to prep unit rear kitchen and unused item storage shelf in corner (including items on shelf- cupcake pan, etc ). Please clean now and often as necessary to maintain in clean condition
Observed some ceiling tiles with water stains. Please replace ceiling tiles once repairs have been made and monitor for any additional leaks. This was cited the last routine inspection; permanent repairs are needed to rectify this problem; please discuss with the landlord of the second floor space above to eliminate water leaks. Water stains observed in dining area , front counter (over coffee station) and restroom. The ceiling tiles will need to be replaced by next routine inspection; if any additional leaks over any food storage, food preparation areas further discussion will be necessary.
Some flies observed in rear kitchen especially near soiled linen storage area. Please continue to work with your extermination company and consider drying damp, soiled cloths on metal drying rack before placing in storage bag for pick-up
