(Critical) Observed a container of cooked potato's without a date mark which were made on memorial day. Ready-to-eat, potentially hazardous food prepared and held in a food establishment for more than 24 hours shall be clearly marked to indicate the date or day by which the food shall be consumed on the premises, sold, or discarded when held at a temperature of 41�f or less for a maximum of 7 days. Corrected by discarding the noted items into the garbage.
(Critical) Found moldy condiment containers in the refrigerator: mustard, relish, balsa, coffee creamer and frying oil for the grill. The mustard had a quality date of 3/2012. Corrected - all these items were discarded. Care must be taken to inspect refrigerator contents on a more frequent basis.
(Critical) Found an open bag of shredded lettuce in the refrigerator. Corrected - lettuce was discarded. Staff should be educated to know that any potentially hazardous food, such as shredded lettuce, must be dated for a 7 day discard when opened if not consumed within 24 hours
Found many pots, pans, trays stored upright in storage room and closet. To correct - all cooking/baking equipment and utensils must be stored inverted or covered to prevent accumulation of dust and/or splash during storage

(Critical) Found the can opener to have an accumulation of food debris stuck on it. Corrected - pic had can opener cleaned at the time of this inspection
Found: 1) clean utensils stored in a cardboard box in the dry storage room in the kitchen. 2) the eating utensils are stored in the appropriate compartment-stye containers, however, these are overflowing and spilling onto the floor. 3) also found single service items in the storage room to the right of the stage that were left opened and unprotected. To correct - 1) replace the cardboard box with a container that is covered, smooth, cleanable and durable. 2) obtain extra cutlery trays for extra utensils and cover each with plastic cling wrap to protect from dust, splash, contamination. 3)the single service items need to be kept in their original wrapper or re-closable plastic containers or bags to protect from dust, splash, and contamination
The stove top needs to be cleaned. Clean non-food contact surfaces frequently to prevent debris build-up
