(Critical) Observed food employee to not wash hands between changing gloves. To avoid contamination to the exterior of the new gloves, hands must be properly washed when changing gloves each time. Discussed issue with employee who then removed gloves, washed their hands and put on a fresh pair of gloves. Corrected as indicated above. Corrected.

Observed several single use food containers being reused to store food in the reach in cooler and the walk in cooler. To correct, please discontinue this practice and obtain proper durable food grade containers that are smooth and easily cleanable. Correct as indicated above
