Observed the following areas in need of cleaning: *sliding door tracks in ric in front prep area (accumulation of food debris). *interior of coolers in front prep area (accumulation of food debris). *edges of floor drain under 3 compt sink (accumulation of grimy debris). To correct, please clean all these areas now and on a more frequent schedule

Observed handsink in ladies restroom with an accumulation of hair and debris. To correct, please clean now and on a more frequent schedule

Observed 0ppm of quat in wiping cloth bucket in front prep area. All wiping cloths must be stored completely submerged in approved sanitizer concentration (150-400ppm of quat) at all times. To correct, please change wiping cloth buckets more often and verify concentration with test strips as needed.

Observed wet mop stored in bottom of mop sink. All mops must be hung up after use to allow for proper air drying

Observed both cutting boards in front prep area with deep cutting grooves and scoring. To correct, please replace or resurface both cutting boards as soon as possible so cutting boards are smooth and cleanable

(Critical) Observed no paper towels at handsink in front prep area (dispenser empty). All handsinks must be supplied with soap and paper towels at all times for proper employee handwashing. Pic corrected by supplying paper towels at handsink at time of inspection. Violation corrected

(Critical) Observed several chemical spray bottles in cabinet in front prep area (under cash register) not completely separated from food (bags of chips) and plastic lids. All chemicals must be stored below and away from all food and s/s items at all times to help protect food and s/s items from potential contamination. Pic corrected by relocating all chemical spray bottles to chemical storage area at time of inspection. Violation corrected

Observed several packages of single service items (lids, containers) stored under handsink sewer line in front prep area. All food and s/s items must be stored in a clean, dry area and not exposed to potential sources of contamination. To correct, please relocate all above mentioned s/s items to approved location as soon as possible

Observed wet mop stored in mop sink. All mops must be hung up after use to allow for proper air drying
