(Critical) I found three unlabeled spray cleaning containers. As indicated above, all hazardous, toxic and similar materials must be clearly labeled by their common name. Management must frequently check these items, to ensure that they are properly labeled. Corrected at the time of inspection. The three containers are now labeled.

A rear hand sink has a leak, and is shut off. This hand sink must be repaired right away and placed back into service.
I found a wet mop stored on the floor. After use, ring mops out, and hang them up to air dry. This speeds drying time, and helps prevent the growth of harmful bacteria.

There is standing water on the floor, in the non-food storage area. Repair the overhead leaks and clean up the water.
I noticed that a baseball caps is stored on the same unit as canned goods. Employees must use their designated locker area.
