(Critical) The walk in cooler was found to be holding some ph foods at 45 - 50 degrees f including milk and cheese and diced tomatoes. Ph foods must be maintained at 41 degrees f or below. Corrected by discarding these ph foods at time of inspection. Ambient air temperature throughout the walk in cooler was found to be at varying temperature of 41 - 44 degrees f. Unclear as to why the variation in both food and air temperatures. Suspect possible power outage of unknown duration overnite due to high winds.
