(Critical) Some potentially hazardous food items found at improper temperature overstacked on top of sandwich make line. Corrected at time of inspection by discarding overstacked meat and cheese items that were maintaining >41°F. Cheese slices on top found at 53°F. Food items below a certain level in the insert pans were maintaining at 41°F or below. Please monitor your food levels and use your thermometer to assure all potentially hazardous food maintains at 41°F or below at all times

(Critical) Hot water temperature found less than 100°F at all handwash sinks. Hot water shall be provided at a minimum 100°F at all handwash sinks (and 110°F at manual warewashing operation). Corrected at time of inspection by increasing the water temperature setting at the hot water heater. At end of inspection hot water temperature at all sinks >110°F

(Critical) Chicken breasts found at improper temperature in hot holding well. Critical corrected: at time of inspection reheated chicken breasts found at 120°F in hot holding well in the microwave oven to >165°F. Pic adjusted setting on hot holding well to a higher setting. Please inform all staff about the proper setting. The food shall maintain at a minimum 135°F at all times in the hot holding well

(Critical) No hot water available at time of inspection. Hot water shall be available at all times. Critical corrected: at time of inspection plumbing repair person on-site to light pilot light. Pic thought there was an issue with the ignition switch. Please train appropriate staff to re-light pilot light when needed; per repair person due to short stack pilot light is easily extinguished. Hot water available at proper temperature at end of inspection.
