(Critical) Observed large bowl of rte pulled pork and bag of sliced lettuce on counter in back prep area with internal food temperatures of 45-53f. Pic stated that she was portioning pulled pork about 15-20 minutes ago and had to stop to help with customers. All phf must be cold held at 41f or below at all times. If changing tasks in between food prep, staff need to put all phf back in the cooler to maintain proper temperatures. Pic corrected by finishing portioning and returning pulled pork and lettuce to wic at time of inspection. Violation corrected.
