Critical corrected: at time of inspection emptied sanitizer sink and wiping cloth solution container; set up again at proper quat sanitzer concentration. Pic has proper quat test kit available to monitor sanitizer concentration

(Critical) Observed carton of cream without a date marking after opening the product. A manufacturer's best use by date is clearly marked on the product. However, the food code does require that commercially made products be date marked with a date not to exceed 7 days after the date of opening. Pic corrected this item by properly date marking the food product during this inspection. This item was observed to be corrected during this inspection

(Critical) During this routine inspection the (pic) person in charge indicated that sandwiches are prepared after hand washing, however, single use gloves are not typically used. To correct pic obtained single use gloves from cabinet and indicated to prevent bare hand contact with ready to eat foods that single use gloves will be used. This item was corrected during this inspection by instructing pic on the requirement to use single use gloves prior to handling ready to eat foods.
