Coffee was found stored under the drainline of a sink at the front service area. Never store foods or food contact items under drains lines, in case they leak.
You need to clean the convection over more often.
The stand needs to be kept cleaner and more organized.
(Critical) The reach in cooler under the coffee station found holding product at 44*f. Must be holding 41*f or less. Do not use this cooler until repaired. I will be back in 2 weeks to verify cooler is fixed.

(Critical) Hot water at handsink was found at 70*f. Must be 100*f or greater. Under counter hot water tank had tripped the breaker. Corrected by powering up hot water tank. Staff need to monitor this daily to assure hot water tank stays on!
(Critical) Smoothie pitchers were only being washed, rinsed and sanitized once a day. Any utensils that contact potentially hazardous foods need to be washed, rinsed and sanitized at least every 4 hours. Need to take dairy blender pitchers to dish tank on a 4 hour interval. Make up a log so staff can remember when this needs to be done. Corrected by implementing the above!
Foods need to be covered when in coolers. The sheet pan of pizza bagels were not covered.
The prep area is too close to the bar where guest sit. You need to put up a barrier if you want to use this as a prep area. Also, i do not want you prepping any potentially hazardous foods at this stand since you don't have a 3 compartment sink!
Forks were in a container with handles in opposite directions. Store with handles up to prevent hand contact with food contact end of utensils.
