(Critical) Assorted potentially hazardous foods including opened whipped cream, lowfat milk, soymilk, tub of cream cheese, half and half found without proper datemarking located in the reach in cooler at front counter and upright cooler in the kitchen. Potentially hazardous foods that are ready to eat held cold in excess of 24 hours must be datemarked. Maximum consume by date is 7 days including the day the container or package is opened. Day dots are available and are required to be put on these foods as indicated above. Corrected by datemarking at time of inspection

(Critical) Can of enamel paint sitting on the prep table next to food contact surfaces. Store paint in a separate designated location away from prep areas, foods, and food contact surfaces. Corrected by relocating the paint to an approved location at the time of the inspection

The following non food contact surfaces need cleaning: the nfc of the blendtec blender, the millrock display case has excess moisture build up on the doors of the unit. Clean now and place on a more frequent cleaning schedule

Blender containers and lids found sitting inverted on cloth towel. Cloth towels are prohibited for this purpose. Use rubber mesh matting or other non absorbent materials for inverting mixer/blender containers on top of cloth towel after washing

(Critical) Prepackaged wraps and salads found in the front display case at 43 - 47 degrees f. Potentially hazardous foods must be maintained at 41 degrees f or below. Corrected by discarding potentially hazardous foods if not consumed within 4 hours of removal from temperature control. Until unit is adjusted or repaired any potentially hazardous foods placed in display cse must be discarded if not consumed within 4 hours of removal from temperature control.

(Critical) Concentration of quaternary ammonium found to be ineffective. 0 ppm. Was set up 2 hours prior to testing. Use test strips and make sure porpe concentration of snaitizer and 200 ppm quaternary ammonium is provided. Corrected by setting up sink and providing 200 ppm quaternary ammonium.

(Critical) Kknives and cutting board found with food debris from previous day. Knives and cutting board must be cleaned and sanitized routinely. Corrected by cleaning and sanitizing knives and cutting board at time of inspection.

The front display case was found to be holding ph foods at 43 - 47 degrees f. The unit had an ambient air of 48 degrees f. Adjust or repair unit.

Thermometer for the ric under the espresso machine is missing. Pfovide a thermometer for this unit in order to monitor the temperature of the unit.

(Critical) Facility is using chlorine sanitizer and has only quaternary ammonium test strips available for use. Provide and use chlorine test strips in order to monitor the concentration of the sanitizer properly. Corrected by providing cl test strips at time of inspection. Provide back up cl test strips to have readily available when needed

Thermometer found missing in the reach in cooler at the front counter. Provided at time of inspection. Thermometer for the rear upright cooler was broken. Provide a thermometer for this unit in order to properly monitor the temperature of the unit. Keep extra thermometers in storage in order to be able to replace thermometers if missing or broken.

The handsink for the front counter area was blocked for access by a chair set up directly in front of the sink. At onset of inspection employee was sitting on chair which is adjacent to a counter space that is used for lap top set up. Make sure chair is set under the counter space not directly in front of the handsink blocking access for routine handwashing. Corrected by discussion and relocating chair to under counter.

There is excess condensation build up on the top of the doors between the display case and reach in cooler section. Find source of condensation build up, repair adjust and then wipe down door ledges so that the condensation is removed.

Including chicken wrap, pepperoni stromboli, chicken bacon ranch, italian focaccia, chicken salad. The person in charge corrected this item by discarding the food items, placing the unit out of service. Repair or replace the refrigeration equipment prior to display of foods at the front counter to provide 41 degrees f. Or less cold holding food temperatures as required. ,

Found wet wiping cloth place on the counter without sanitizing solution. To correct between uses store the wet wiping cloth in the available sanitizing solution as required. ,

Found the interior of the cabinet located behind the front counter with liquid accumulation on the floor of the cabinets with bag in a box containers. To correct schedule repairs to prevent accumulation of liquid in the cabinet. ,
