Refrigerator thermometers missing for both prep and pop units. Provide thermometers in order to be able to monitor the temperatures for these units.
Paper towels missing throughout the facility. Provide paper towels for proper hand drying. Manager is on the way to get paper towels.
The cap for the atmospheric vacuum breaker is missing. Replace cap and or vacuum breaker.
The gaskets on the doors of the prep units are torn. Once torn they are no longer cleanable. Replace split gaskets.
The following non food contact surfaces need cleaning. The pizza rollers on top "out" side. Clean now and place on amore frequent cleaning schedule.
The thermometer for the prep unit is missing. Replace thermometer to properly monitor the temperatures for this unit.
Observed exhaust ventilation hood located above the oven with the hood light fixtures not operating to provide light for the hood area above the oven. Note light levels at work areas appears to be adequate. To correct should schedule service to lighting in the exhaust hood for the lighting to operate properly
Observed the catch tray of the oven to need routine cleaning
Observed the mop sink faucet with the cap missing from the atmospheric vacuum breaker. To correct should schedule repairs to replace cap for the vacuum breaker on the mop sink faucet for proper maintenance of the plumbing device

Light shield cracked in walk-in-cooler. Please replace to properly protect the light bulbs
Wet wiping cloths found stored improperly on drain board next to food prep sink. Please store wet wiping cloths in wet wiping cloth solution or soiled linen bag/container

Gap observed at middle section of service doors. Please provide door sweep to eliminate any gaps to prevent potential entry of insects and rodents

Per pic will be eliminating pop dispensing machine and providing bottled pop in a reach-in-cooler. A follow-up inspection will be required within 30 days.
