Correctd by discarding foods. It is unclear how to adjust the unit as the adjustment knob is not there or not visible. Adjust/call for repair of unit. Until repaired and capable of holding ph foods at 41 degrees f or below you may use time control as a temporary measure. Potentially hazardous foods in the unit should be kept at minimal quantities. Monitor time foods are placed in the unit. They are to be consumed or discarded within 4 hours of removal from temperature control this includes: cut tomatoes, cut lettuce, shredded lettuce, sour cream, cheeses, etc.
