Observed a wet wiping cloth stored on the counter. Corrected by placing the wiping cloth in 50-200 ppm chlorine sanitizer

Provide chlorine test papers within 7 days to verify the concentration of your sanitizer for wiping cloths

Provide a metal stem food thermometer that reads in 2 degree increments from 0-220f.
