I showed dylan how to use them properly when setting up the 3 comp sink for dishwashing. Corrected through education and using them. The owner is responsible for properly training managers in food safety code compliance.

Please clean the exhaust canopy(s) of the pizza oven more often. There is substantial dust build up now.

The interior of the microwave was observed dirty. Staff need to wipe out often during shifts with sanitizer cloth.
