(Critical) Chili and nacho cheese found in the warmer at 60 degrees f. The unit had been unplugged. Last season game was tuesday the 19th of march. It is possible that this was to be discarded as part of final clean up that had not yet occurred. Potentially hazardous foods must be maintained at 135 degrees f or above. If food is to be discarded at end of event/season, it must be discarded immediately. Corrected by discarding foods at time of inspection.
All of the metal stem thermometers in the snack bar are inaccurate. Properly calibrate these thermometers so that they can be used to properly monitor food temperatures.
Bulb in the upright cooler is not plastic coated. Provide a plastic coated bulb for this unit in order to minimize potential for glass fragments to get onto foods if bulb should shatter.
Dead mouse on glueboard needs to be removed. Once removed relocate glue board to an approved location other than the top of the cooler
The handsink is blocked for access for routine handwashing by a fitted cutting board style cover placed over the sink basin. Handsink must be accessible for routine handwashing. Do not block sink basin when in operation.
