(Critical) Two handsinks in the facility were not providing water at 100 degrees f. This was the handsink in the kitchen and the handsink in the brewery. It appears that the regulators on this sink are set at maximum opening. Repair or adjust if possible to provide a minimum of 100 degrees f hot water to the handsinks so that hands can be properly washed.
Thermometer missing from the keg cooler. Provide a thermometer for this unit in order to properly measure the temperature for this unit.
The non food contact surfaces of the slicer need cleaning. Clean now and retrain employees on cleaning this non food contact area that has a tendency to collect food debris.
