This compartment therefore must be the wash compartment for the manual dishwash process. It may not be used for sanitizing or for food prep/wash as is currently being done. Corrected by discussion and doing food prep wash in middle or right compartment only and setting up 3c sink for manual dishwas from left to right as wash, rinse , sanitize
