(Critical) Observed the dish washing machine to not be properly sanitizing. The concentrated liquid chlorine solution in the one gallon supply container had gone too weak. Corrected by swapping this out with a mostly full replacement supply, priming the pump and verifying 50-100 ppm chlorine in the rinse water

(Critical) Today the available chlorine test kit was not used to check for the proper sanitizer level. Corrected by using the test kit to verify 50 to 100 ppm chlorine in the rinse water once the chlorine source was changed
