(Critical) Observed 2 small plates of rte american and swiss cheese on prep cart in cooking area with internal food temperatures of 60-66f. Cheese has been out on cart for an hour (per staff). All potentially hazardous rte foods must be cold held at 41f or below at all times. To correct, please keep all cheese in cooler or on ice as needed. (Critical) Observed employee in cooking/prep area handle raw hamburger patties, cook on grill, then finish topping off rte hamburgers with same gloves, cannot use same gloves when handling raw meats then switching to rte foods (possible cross-contamination).
