Observed the hood vents to be soiled with a greasy build up. (a) intake and exhaust air ducts shall be cleaned and filters changed so they are not a source of contamination by dust, dirt, and other materials. (b) if vented to the outside, ventilation systems may not create a public health hazard or nuisance or unlawful discharge. Correct by cleaning the noted hood vents.

Found single service lids to be stored just to the right of the hand sink. In this location, the lids, even though in plastic are exposed to splash from the hand sink. The plastic wrapper that was exposed to splash is then handled to remove a lid causing potential contamination. To correct - please relocate the single service items to a shelf or counter away from potential splash

Found light shields above ice machine in storage area to be without required end caps. Without the end caps insects find their way into the shield (as they have now) and can potentially drop into the ice causing a contamination problem. To correct - provide end caps for the shield at this light fixture

Found 3 compartment sink in the snack bar area to be without the required air gap on the 3rd compartment (sanitizing compartment) drain. To correct - sink should be plumbed to include an air gap that is at least 2x the diameter of the pipes. Note - it is understood that this sink is not currently used as a wash/rinse/sanitaize sink. Therefore it is not a critical violation at this time. If 3 compartment sink is ever needed in this location, the air gap will be required

(Critical) Sterno found stored improperly on shelf in rear kitchen storage room. Critical corrected: at time of inspection relocated all sterno to bottom shelf below and away from any food, clean equipment and utensils and single-service items

Please provide additional shelving to store unwrapped beverages a minimum 6 inches above the floor. Please replace pressed board shelving unit currently used for food storage with a non-absorbant, smooth, easily cleanable shelving unit

Please provide spacer for hood above flat-top/fryer for proper function. Please provide missing sink stopper for 3-comp sink at snack bar

Please invert ice transfer buckets when not in use to prevent potential airborne contamination and so they drain properly between uses. Please do not store any single-service items under paper towel dispenser at snack bar and store coffee filters covered in original package or container

Please provide chlorine test kit to monitor chlorine concentration for wet wiping cloth solution at snack bar

Please provide end caps for light fixture over ice machine in rear storage room

(Critical) No menu advisory posted for the cooked to order burger options. Have this corrected within 10 days and i will be back in 2 weeks to verify this.

Repeat violation 2 times. Within 10 days, mount and soap and paper towel dispenser at the handsink at the bar cook line. I will be back in 2 weeks to verify this has been done and soap and paper towels are stocked.

Repeat violation 2 times. Again, there are no qt-10 test papers. Have them here for me to see when i come back in 2 weeks for a follow up inspection.
