(Critical) Hose with flow control spray nozzle attached to the faucet of the mop sink via a y connector with additional flow control downstream of an atmospheric vacuum breaker. This is prohibited, remove the hose and y connector and use only open ended hose. You may install a vented sidekick to alleviate pressure when hose is used. Corrected by removing hose with flow control device, y connector and reinstalling the open ended hose at end of faucet
Numerous small cups of yogurt in tubs stored on the floor in the walk in freezer. Foods must be stored a minimum of 6" above the floor to allow access for routine cleaning. Reorganize the freezer to accommodate the small sample yogurt cups.
Cartons of togo containers found stacked on the floor. Provide additional shelving so that the togo containers are stored a minimum of 6" above the floor to allow access for routine cleaning. Correct as indicated above
(Critical) Stainless steel cleaner and window cleaner found on the shelf with sample togo condiment cups. Cleaners must be stored in a separate designated location away from single serve articles to minimize potential for contamination of the food contact surfaces. Corrected by relocating the cleaners to their approved designated location away from single service articles
(Critical) At onset of inspection a customer was observed to walk behind the self serve topping buffet to obtain foods which is not protected with sneeze guard on the backside. Foods on display must be properly protected from coughing or sneezing. In addition there is a container with nerds on the opposite end of toppings display which is not completely under the sneeze guard. Owner indicates that the table with cones and togo containers had previously been set on the end of the buffet counter which would have prevented customers from getting to the back of the buffet where there is no protection of exposed foods. Another unit will be ordered to use as a barrier to the unprotected side of the topping buffet. In the interim make sure employees prohibit access of customer to this area.
The floors in both walk in boxes need cleaning. Clean now and place on a more frequent cleaning schedule.
