Corrected at time of inspection by adding some chlorine to the sanitizer compartment to achieve proper chlorine sanitizer concentration. The sanitizer solution was recently set up per pic. Please use your chlorine test kit to assure proper sanitizer concentration throughout the day and adjust as needed

Hot water mechanical operations shall achieve a utensil surface temperature of 160°F as measured by an irreversible registering temperature indicator. Not corrected. Please discontinue using warewashing machine until it is repaired. Facility has a rinse sink and 3-compartment sink, chlorine and chlorine test kit. Most items are manually cleaned and sanitized. ,
No waste receptacle near handwash sink on cook line. Please provide a waste receptacle near handwash sink for proper disposal of soiled paper towels

Using single-service containers for dispensing in some bulk food bins. Please provide food-grade scoops with handle for dispensing food and store with handle above the food
(Critical) Observed container of housemade yogurt on counter in prep area with an internal food temperature of 75f. Yogurt has been on counter for unknown length of time. All phf must be cold held at 41f or below at all times. Pic corrected by discarding yogurt at time of inspection. Violation corrected.
