(1) door gasket true 2 door reach-in-cooler in poor repair. Please replace to provide good seal and so smooth and easily cleanable. (2) paper towels jammed in paper towel dispenser at handwash sink in bakery area. Please replace paper towel dispenser or provide paper towels that fit properly

Handwash signs not posted at handwash sinks rear kitchen. Please reattach handwash signs to wall near handwash sinks in rear kitchen notifying food employees to wash their hands
