(Critical) Food thermometer in facility does not have required temperture range; meat thermometer starting at 120°F. Provide accurate food thermometer 0 - 220°F scale; suitable for measuring thin mass food items. Not corrected. ,

(Critical) Some overstacked hot dogs wrapped in bacon on top of prep unit found at improper temperature. Potentially hazardous food shall be maintained at 41°F or below or 135°F or above. Corrected at time of inspection by discarding hot dogs wrapped in raw bacon found >41°F; hot dogs on top of pan found at 49°F

One spray bottle and one squeeze bottle containing water found without label on shelf above prep table. Please label with contents to avoid misuse

(1) observed electrical strips on floor in two areas of kitchen; one of the strips not attached to floor. Please reattach and look into dropping electrical lines from the ceiling in the future. This will provide a smooth, easily cleanable floor in these areas. (2) another electrical cord stretches across the prep side of the food prep sink. Please secure electrical cord to prevent potential contamination. (3) wall supporting french fry cutter in poor repair. Please reinforce french fry cutter on the wall to provide a smooth, easily cleanable surface.
