In the kitchen at the handsink by the main cook line observed a commercial bread rack stored adjacent to and below the handsink. The rack contains several packages of hot dog buns buns. The buns are subject to splashing from handwashing activities. Pic corrected during the inspection relocating the buns to an approved area. Item corrected

(Critical) At the prep top portion of the make cooler on the main cook line observed the following potentially hazardous foods stored above 41 degrees f. : cut iceberg lettuce at 55 degrees f. Cut tomatoes at 55 degrees f these items had been in the cooler overnight. The air temp thermometer inside the unit registered 41 degrees f. The lid for the prep top portion of the cooler was not installed at the time of inspection. The above mentioned phf items were discarded and replaced with fresh proper temperature product from the reach in portion of the cooler. The lid for the prep top portion was reinstalled. Item corrected

On a wire rack next to the three compartment dishwashing sink observed several stacks of recently cleaned and sanitized storage containers stacked without first completely airdrying. Correct by properly completely airdrying after cleaning and sanitizing prior to storage.

At the handsink at the end of the main cook line observed the drain to leak water during normal use. Correct by repairing the drain so it does not leak water
