(Critical) I found two pieces of food processing equipment stored on the same shelf as dishwashing chemicals and a container of sanitizer. As discussed at the time of inspection, complete separation must be maintained between food, utensils and single service items and cleaners, degreaser's and all toxic items. Corrected at the time of inspection. The equipment has been relocated as directed above
Provide a food thermometer for checking temperatures
(Critical) I found an air wick, bathroom cleaner foam and container of lotion stored on the same shelf as animal crackers and espresso concentrate and over other food items. As discussed, all cleaners, sanitizers and personal products must be stored completely away from everything involved in your food operations. Corrected at the time of inspection. The back hand sink is blocked by trash and empty boxes. As discussed, frequent and proper hand washing is critical in preventing the spread of harmful bacteria. Keep every sink easily accessible and stocked with paper towels and soap.
Provide 2-3°Food thermometers. Use them to check cold holding temperatures. They must be at or below 41 degrees f.
