(Critical) Observed opened bag of moldy/rancid spinach in upright cooler in prep area (putrid liquid has leaked from bag and collected at bottom of cooler). Also, some other food items (sealed bags of rolls, feta cheese) were stored on bottom shelf of same cooler and observed in the stagnant liquid from spinach. All food in your kitchen and coolers must be safe and unadulterated at all times. To correct, need to rotate stock more and discard any food items that show signs of spoilage and/or contamination. Violation corrected. , observed large bowl of mixed salad in refrigerator in dry storage area with visible signs of mold/adulteration and had rancid smell when opened. Observed burnt out light bulb in ventilation hood in cooking area (only lightbulb in hood). To correct, please replace bulb as soon as possible

Observed the following areas in need of cleaning: *interior of upright 2 door cooler in cooking area (accumulation of putrid liquid at bottom of cooler). *interior of 1 door freezer in cooking area (accumulation of food debris). *interior of ovens in cooking area (accumulation of burnt on food debris in bottom of ovens). *sides of food boxes/dry storage shelf/floor in dry storage area (accumulation of spilt hot fudge/chocolate syrup). To correct, please clean all these areas now and on a more frequent schedule

Observed interior of microwave oven with an accumulation of sticky food debris (food debris hanging from top of oven). To correct, please clean now and on a more frequent schedule

Observed leaking drain line (rinse compt) in 3 compt sink. To correct, please repair leaking pipe as soon as possible. Also, bucket underneath 3 compt sink (to catch water from leaking pipe) is full and needs to be emptied
