Corrected at time of inspection: set dented cans aside in designated, segregated dented can storage area in crate next to employee's lockers. Provided pic with dented can safety poster to review with all staff

Repair person on site at end of inspection; per owner have had issues with this unit all week; top section is frozen up. ,

Facility also uses paper menus with proper consumer advisory. Not corrected. Owner had some leftover stickers that were made from the last inspection; stickers have fallen off. Please provide a more permanent consumer advisory on chalk board menus. ,

Food-contact surfaces shall be smooth and easily cleanable and once chipped or cracked should be removed to prevent potential of physical contaminants from getting into food items. Corrected at time of inspection by discarding cracked plastic insert pans and properly cleaning and sanitizing metal insert pans to replace the cracked ones. Please continue to monitor all dishes and utensils and replace as needed

Corrected at time of inspection by providing a proper ice bath with ice level above the food level for the 3 cream based food items; food recently brought from wic, still maintaining at 46°F - 47°F. Initial ice bath had ice only on the bottom of the pan and had too many food items in the pan. Larger container provided with ice level above the food level to cool food back down; food items at proper temperature at end of inspection. Please train staff to set up ice bath properly and consider purchase of small table-top refrigeration unit
