(Critical) Observed the following food contact surfaces to be unclean: the can opener blade, a small metal food pan, the large mixing bowl, two large colanders for draining the egg roll vegetables, and the sugar scoop. Corrected by cleaning

(Critical) The unclean equipment that was washed during the inspection was not sanitized with the available chlorine sanitizer after rinsing. Corrected by sanitizing these dishes in 50 to 100 ppm chlorine solution

Observed a leaking cold water supply line to the food preparation sink. The leak appears to be at the connection to the faucet located behind the sink. Please repair this connection to eliminate the leak

Observed the bulk corn starch, rice and sugar containers being kept uncovered. Please utilize the provided container covers to keep the food protected from contamination

Observed a variety of packaged foods on the the floor of both the walk in cooler and freezer floors. Please keep all foods elevated off of the floor by at least 6".

Observed the following areas to be unclean: the floor sinks serving the food prep and the three compartment sinks, the floor under the deep fryers, and back by the bulk, dry food storage area. Please clean these areas now and more frequently in the future

The kitchen prep cooler is non functional and the owner has placed a call to a repair company to work on this unit. She said the service person will be arriving tomorrow

Again observed card board boxes being used for long term storage of items and as splash guards and shelf liners. Please eliminate the use of cardboard for these purposes as they absorb moisture and are not cleanable. Please provide another material that is smooth, easily cleanable and does not absorb moisture

Observed ice and egg noodle bags being reused for food prepped in the kitchen. These bags are intended to be discarded after the original foods are gone. Please purchase and use only food-grade bags or plastic/metal food containers for the storage of your in-house prepared foods.

At the end of each night please either take the trash out to the dumpster or collect it in to the large trash can and tie the top of it off to prevent pests from gaining access to it at night. Observed trash in the open cans, upon opening the restaurant this morning, from the previous day
