Men's restroom in the henry ford room (2nd floor) and women's restroom first floor far left toilet stall. Corrected at time of inspection: maintenance person cut overflow pipes in both toilet tanks so top rim of overflow pipe is one inch below anit-siphon device

Some clutter and unnecessary items found stored in various areas (butcher block in kitchen, some shelving units in kitchen, liquor storage room river raisin, etc). Please sort through and get rid of any items not used in the operation and maintenance of facility. Discussed with pic after "busy season" doing a good sorting through and getting rid of or selling some unused items or storing some items in another location. This will make it easier to clean and prevent potential harborage conditions for insects and rodents

Please adjust the door sweep on the screen door to the carriage house so the gap is eliminated.
The drain lines out of the 3 comp sink which is also used as the food wash sink have slipped down into the drain cup, negating the required air gap. Spoke with rob, the maintence person, about permanently securing these lines up to provide at minimum a 1" air gap above the spill rim of the drain cup. Take several pictures and e-mail them to me showing the corrections by july 1, 2010.
