Observed employee belongings (shirt, laptop) stored on top of a bag of flour and closed box of single service items on dry storage shelf across from 3 compt sink. Also, observed employee apron stored on edge of clean dishware shelf brushing up against clean utensils. All employee belongings must be stored in an area of kitchen which cannot possibly contaminate food, single service items or clean equipment. Pic corrected by relocating all employee belongings to approved storage location at time of inspection. Violation corrected.

(Critical) Ice machine installed without air gap on drain line. Please provide an air gap for ice machine drain line that is a minimum twice the pipe diameter above the flood rim of the drain. Corrected at time of inspection by adjusting flexible drain line hose to provide a proper air gap more than twice the pipe diameter above the flood rim of the floor drain. Owner will consult with ice machine installers to switch flexible drain line to rigid pvc pipe.
