There is a newly installed ice machine. The drainline terminates behind the dishmachine and is not visible to see the airgap. Find the receiving sewer receptacle and have it available to determine if it is properly airgapped above the receiving sewer receptacle. If not clamp the clear flexible ice machine drainline so that it is airgapped above the top rim of the receiving sewer receptacle. If not possible then it must be airgapped by the entry into the pump via a funnel that the drainline will be required to terminate above the top rim of that funnel. A splash guard may not be used at that plumbing connection. Correct as indicated above.

The bulbs in the storage area are not plastic coated or shielded. Provide a plastic coated bulb or shield to minimze potential for glass fragments to get onto foods if bulb should shatter.

The upright freezer was found to be at 60 degrees f. Food is thawing out. Call for repair or adjust freezer food was discarded at time of inspection. Corrected by discarding foods.
