The top shelf of the storage unit, next to the prep unit, in the kitchen, needs cleaning. Storage shelves must be cleaned at a frequency that prevents the accumulate of debris. Increase the rate at which this unit is cleaned.

(Critical) I observed that raw hamburger is stored inside a pan next to ready to eat lunch meats and lettuce and cheese. All raw beef, fish and poultry must be stored as indicated above. Corrected at the time of inspection. The hamburger has been relocated to the bottom section of the prep table
(Critical) I found an unlabeled bottle filled with a cleaner. All cleaning products and other hazardous materials must be labeled as indicated above. Corrected at the time of inspection. The cleaner has been discarded.
(Critical) I found that cooked pizzas are not provided with preparation times, as in time as a public health control. Pizza preparation times must be clearly marked. A follow-up inspection will be made to verify correction of this critical violation.
The outside of the walk-in refrigerator needs to be cleaned.
