Recommend switching red/blue colors on faucet handles so red is on hot water faucet handle and blue is on cold water faucet (currently, colors are switched)

Observed the following areas in need of cleaning: *floor in basement wic (heavy accumulation of sticky food debris). *floor in basement wif (accumulation of debris). *floors under prep unit coolers in main prep area (accumulation of food debris). *floor under ice machine next to 3 compt sink (accumulation of debris). To correct, please clean all these areas now and on a more frequent schedule

Observed cutting board on clean dishware rack next to ice machine with deep grooves and scoring. To correct, please resurface or replace damaged cutting board as soon as possible so all surfaces are smooth and cleanable

Observed several wet plastic lids being stored in lid bins across from 3 compt sink. All pans and utensils must be completely air dried before stacking or storing on shelves

Observed several clean lids stored in 3 different lid bins on shelf across from 3 compt sink that have a significant accumulation of stagnant water and debris. All clean food equipment must be stored in a clean, dry area and not exposed to potential sources of contamination. To correct, please wash, rinse and sanitize all lids and lid bins on above mentioned shelf as soon as possible

Observed all single service utensils (forks, knives, spoons) in utensil racks in dining room on front counter stored improperly (food contact portion of utensils are all pointing up). To correct, please store all utensils so the food contact surfaces are pointing down (and handles are up) to prevent possible contamination from customers when handling.
