(Critical) Assorted potentially hazardous foods found at 44 - 47 degrees f in the refrigerated drawers including whipped butter, milk and chicken strips and cream cheese. Potentially hazardous foods must be maintained at 41 degrees f or below. Corrected by relocating the foods to working units and consuming within 4 hours of removal from temperature control if not consumed.

There is a leak at the faucet of the 3c sink. Repair leak.

Boxes of muffins stored on the floor behind the counter. Foods must be stored a minimum of 6" above the floor for proper protection. Corrected by relocating muffins at time of inspection to an approved storage location

The refrigerated drawer is not working. Assorted potenitally hazardous fodos found at 44 - 47 degrees f. Potentially hazardous foods must be maintained at 41 degrees f or below. Ambient air temperature of 43 degrees f. The unit is maxed out on the adjustment dial. Call for repair of unit. The unit is ordered out of service for the storage of potentially hazardous foods until repaired and capable of holding ph foods at 41 degrees f or below

(Critical) The steam milk containers and the blend tec mixer are not being cleaned at the required frequency. These items must be washed, rinsed and snanitized at least 1x 4 hours. Change the policy and implement immediately. Provide sop inwriting to perri boman, fax 222-3930. Corrected by discussion

The handsink is blocked for access for proper routine handwashing by plastic muffin lid over sink basin and boxes of muffins stacked behind faucet too high to access paper towels. Keep sink and paper towels accessible at tall times for proepr handwashing. Corrected by removing plastic lid and restacking muffing boxes elsewhere to make handsink accessible for routine handwashing.

The refrigerated drawer under counter had food debris build up on the non food contact surfaces. Clean now and place on a more frequent cleaning schedule.
