Found no manager certified in food safety at this establisment. Owner stated on 2/25/14 phone message that she and an employee will be attending a food safety class next month. On this routine inspection owner states she does not have a certified manager. An administrative conference notice for no certified manager has been issued.

Found numerous food containers stored stacked wet. To correct allow clean utensils to air dry prior to stacking and storing.
Found an opened case of bagged chips stored on the basement floor in front of shelves. To correct store case of chips on shelf at least 6 inches off the floor.
Found no thermometer in the 2 door under the counter top cooler. To correct provide an internal hanging thermometer in cooler.
Observed the presence of flies in front counter and back kitchen area. To correct keep areas clean and dry, in good repair, and continue pest control measures.
Observed light water stained case of wrapped utensils and liquid on the bottom shelf of the self service pop machine in the dining room area. To correct locate source of leak, repair leak and store utensils in a protected manner.
Found the pop nozzles in the self service pop machine soiled with accumulation. Pic corrected by removing pop nozzles and washed, rinsed and sanitized pop nozzles. Pic has been instructed to monitor and ensure pop nozzles are cleaned properly following manufacturers directions.
Found no antichoking poster on the kitchen wall. To correct provide and post antichoking poster on kitchen wall.
Found the 4 compartment sink with 2 sets of labels (wash, rinse, and sanitize) which did not match up. To correct remove 1 set of labels and consistently use sink as labeled, as employees were not consistently using the sink, since 1 set of labels did not match up, to actual operations.
Found food license posted on the walk in cooler in the back kitchen area. To correct post food license in a conspicuous area for public inspection, such as in the front counter area.
