Water on floor in pop room storage closet next to pop dispensing machine. Appears pop machine pop overflow drain line is hitting the back side of the flood rim of the receiving receptacle causing water on the floor. This drain line does not need to be air gapped, you may extend this drain line into the floor drain below the flood rim. Note: the ice machine drain lines must remain air gapped; the drain lines shall be a minimum twice the pipe diamter above the flood rim of the drain

Sanitizer concentration in wet wiping cloth solution front counter low. Please monitor with quat test kit to assure proper sanitizer concentration. Sanitizer dispensed from automatic chemical dispenser is at the low end of the range (150 ppm - 400 ppm). Pic will contact chemical company to service.

Interior some floor drains and end of some drain lines in need of cleaning. Please clean now and as often as necessary to maintain in clean condition

Some clean pans stacked wet. Please air dry before stacking. You may need an additional cart or shelving unit to spread clean, wet dishes out on if you do not have adequate room to air dry clean items before storage

(Critical) Meatballs and sauce found at improper temperature in hot holding well. Potentially hazardous food shall be maintained at 41°F or below or 135°F or above. Critical corrected: at time of inspection reheated meatballs and sauce to >165°F in microwave oven which were found at 120°F and 132°F respectively. Water in hot holding well found at 121°F. Pic forgot to turn on hot holding well this morning at open. At time of inspection confirmed that meatballs had cooled properly from previous evening found at 38°F; per pic meatballs and sauce reheated in microwave oven to >165°F before placing in hot well. Found meatballs and sauce in hot well at improper temperature approximately 1/2 hour after reheating. In future please do not place meatballs in hot well until the temperature of water is adequate to maintain the meatballs and sauce at a minimum 135°F or above

(Critical) Ice tea dispenser nozzle found in need of cleaning. Food-contact surfaces shall be clean to sight and touch. Critical corrected: at time of inspection properly cleaned and sanitized ice tea dispenser nozzle. Small brush available to clean interior of nozzle thoroughly
