Observed employees working in the front counter handling food wearing braclets. To correct remove bracelets prior to starting work

Found slight accumulation in the pop nozzles of the pop machine in the self service area. To correct follow manufacturers directions and properly clean pop nozzles.

Found numerous fly strips attached to ceiling above the dishwashing area and food prep area. Pic corrected by having employee remove fly strips and discard fly strips. Pic has been reminded to hang fly strips away from food and food utensil areas.

(Critical) Found time/temperature control for safety (tcs) food, yogurt 49°F in the bottom shelf of the 1 door counter top cooler. Pic temporarily corrected by discarding yogurt, and has been instructed not to use this cooler to hold tcs food, until repaired/replaced to hold tcs food at 41°F. Employee placed a sign on cooler stating "do not store yogurt in this cooler. ",

Found the 1 door counter top cooler not holding tcs food at 41°F. To correct repair/replace cooler to hold tcs food at 41°F or lower. Found the paper towel dispenser in the front counter handsink not dispensing paper towels. To correct repair/replace paper towel dispenser.

Found several knives stored in sanitizing water in the front counter area. To correct discontinue storing knives in sanitizer, and store knives on a surface that is durable, smooth, and cleanable, and wash as required.

Found no antichoking poster on kitchen wall. To correct provide and post antichoking poster on kitchen wall.

Found stacks of food containers on storage shelves with water in between containers. To correct after sanitizing allow containers to drain and air dry prior to stacking on storage shelves.

To correct provide sanitizer test kit that is appropriat/recommended for your sanitizer, that is your sanitizer has an operating range of 150 - 400 ppm, provide a test that covers range, example a test kit that has a range of 0 to 500 ppm

Found a covered container of lettuce and empty food containers stored in front and around front handsink counter. To correct re-locate lettuce and empty food containers, and keep handsink accessible at all times.

Found the cold water handle/valve in the back kitchen hand sink not turning on at times. To correct repair/replace cold water valve to work properly.

(Critical) Observed chicken breasts to not be fully reheated (165f) prior to being placed in the hot holding unit. Corrected by reheating the chicken breasts to above 165f in the microwave oven

(Critical) Observed no air gap on the discharge pipe from the ice making machine. Correct by cutting the discharge pipe to provide an air gapped discharge above the receiving drain (vertical air gap = 2x the discharge pipe diameter)

Observed most of the black plastic food pans to be stacked in storage while still wet at closing yesterday. Please allow these containers additional time to air dry prior to stacking them

After thoroughly cleaning & air drying the perimeter of the floor sink serving the three compartment sink and some of the gaps between the nearby floor tile seal them with a sealant to eliminate the small gaps that can allow debris and moisture accumulation. Doing so will make cleaning easier and eliminate a potential fly breeding area

The hot water valve on the back kitchen hand washing sink does not function properly--the water does not flow out as it should. Trouble-shoot this issue and repair as needed
